Jason AlguramSince Jason Alguram began his career in law, he has narrowed his focus to Elder Law and Special Needs Planning. Throughout his law practice Jason has assisted seniors with their Estate Planning, Trust Planning, Long Term Care Planning and Medicaid Planning. Jason is also certified by the Veterans Administration to assist with Veterans Benefits.

Before creating the Alguram Law Group, Jason was a partner of an Estate Planning law firm in East Brunswick, New Jersey. Prior to tenure in East Brunswick, he was an attorney with a major Union County law firm focusing on Tax, Estate Planning and Elder Law. Jason is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York and Michigan and is a member of the various Bar Associations. Jason is named in the 2017, 2018 and 2019 Super Lawyers List published in New Jersey Monthly*, of which only 2.5% of attorneys in New Jersey are listed.

Jason Alguram completed his undergraduate studies at Rutgers University, focusing in Criminal Justice and Sociology. He later attended law school at Western Michigan Cooley Law School, where he graduated with honors. Throughout his law school education Jason clerked for a boutique Elder Law firm and worked at the Sixty-Plus Estate Planning clinic where he assisted seniors and veterans with estate planning and long term care issues.

Jason Alguram currently sits on the Board of Directors for Alzheimer’s New Jersey and is a member of the National Alliance on Mental Health (NAMI).
